Chief Financial Officer
Michelle Groenewald has been in the industry for 3 years and has mastered the invoicing and admin aspect of building fibre optic infrastructure. Her background is in finance and sales giving her an even better knowledge base for her role.
Chief Operations Officer
Gerhard is our Chief Operations Officer and has been for the last 2 years. He manages all the projects from the ground up and with his expert team is involved in every aspect of the build from planning to HOC.
Operations Manager
JP is our operations manager and has extensive knowledge in the Technical Cable network installations industry. It is JP’s personal work ethic that makes him such a valuable member of the MTD team.
Network Owner – West Rand
As a Network Owner for MTD Civils and Network Planning, Hylton is responsible for a variety of tasks including site planning, overseeing internal teams and fleet management. Hylton has been with MTD since May 2018 and has continued to thrive in his role.
Head of Technical Services
David has been in the industry for the last 5 years and his experience in the industry makes him the ideal person for this role and his ability to communicate effectively and lead teams is pertinent to our growth.
MDU Build Coordinator
Lance is a truly passionate MDU Build Manager for MTD Civils and Network Planning, his pride and belief in organization which is key to his success with MTD. It is also his responsibility to ensure that all his site’s Health and Safety and PPE requirements are met.
HR Manager
Louise joined MTD in February 2021, her passion for her work and willingness to make changes when needed allows her to flourish in HR. She is responsible for ensuring all MTD policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
Health and Safety Officer
Diederik is the Health and Safety Officer and he believes in creating a positive, safe working culture where his objective is to secure the health, safety and welfare of the employees and all external parties involved.
Wayleaves and Contact Manager
Edith has been working at MTD Civils and Network Planning for over 2 years, and her responsibility has grown to become office and admin manager.
Accountant
Marilie is our accountant, who has worked as an accountant for the past 14 years. She is hardworking and precise, paying special attention to details. She sets high standards and is committed to follow-up service.
Sales and Acquisitions Manager
Trevor is our Sales and Acquisition Manager and it is his responsibility to ensure all homes and complexes have operational fibre. Customer service is a top priority for Trevor and he approaches everything he does with passion and enthusiasm.
Planner
Jacqueline started with MTD as a sales rep for the company in November 2019 and worked extremely hard to become a junior planner. Her hard work and perseverance resulted in her joining the planning team. Jaqueline is also responsible for all safety and COVID-19 prevention protocols etc.
Project Administrator
Louis joined MTD Civils and Network Planning in November 2019 as a junior sales rep for the company, he then worked his way up to becoming a junior planner. Louis is now filling the role of office administrator.
Fibre Optic Technician
Carl started at MTD in August 2021.He is a Fibre Technician and is thriving as part of the MTD team. He hopes to grow with the MTD team.

Fibre Optic Technician
Meet Dipolelo, your Main Network Technician,with 4yrs of fibre,on his way to unlock a 5th year in November worth of fibre experience. Dipolelo is self motivated and a team player with ambitions. He joined MTD on the 1st of August 2021.
